Hi, I’m Joleena!
I am Joleena Louis, Esq., and I am a New York divorce and family law attorney.
My job is to help you protect what matters to you: your children, your assets, or your business. Many of my clients are entrepreneurs who come to me before during or after the marriage to help them protect that important asset from divorce. I also have extensive experience guiding clients who are divorcing a narcissistic spouse.
Family law matters can be emotionally and financially draining so you need an attorney who cares about you, your family, and your life. You need someone who knows when to be calm and negotiate and when to aggressively litigate, all while putting the best interest of your family above legal fees.
You've never gone through this before so a large part of my job is to help guide you through the complicated legal process. I will explain everything that is going on step by step and help you understand what to expect next.
Family law is my passion and I have practiced it exclusively since graduating from Hofstra Law in 2010. I started Joleena Louis Law in 2013 and have been happily helping my clients protect what matters ever since.

Joaquin has been with Joleena Louis Law since 2020. Our clients describe him as a “rockstar” and he specializes in providing excellent customer service to current and potential clients. He welcomes our new clients by assisting them with scheduling their case strategy sessions and guiding them through the onboarding process. He then assists current clients with case updates, scheduling calls with Joleena and generally helping them get answers and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
